Care Companions Support Group. Caregiving can be a challenging and isolating experience, but it doesn't have to be. Support groups provide a safe space for caregivers to connect with others who understand their unique struggles.

Memory Makers Our group respite program focuses on both caregivers and care receivers. Offering socialization with others in a fun, friendly, and secure environment. Caregivers can join the activities or take time for themselves.

Volunteer Caregiver Support Non-medical in-home support provided by volunteers for a couple of hours a week. This allows caregivers to take a much needed break, to go to appointments, or run errands.

Navigating the Path of a Caregiver: Embracing Social Support

Embarking on the caregiving journey is both challenging and emotionally charged, an experience that can only be truly understood through firsthand involvement. By finding solace in support groups, we can share our triumphs, sorrows, and joys with fellow caregivers. Together, we navigate the complexities of caregiving, drawing strength from each other to move forward with unwavering courage. While caregiving may have challenges and moments of isolation, it doesn't have to be a solitary endeavor. Support groups provide a haven for caregivers to connect with others who understand their unique hardships. Through sharing experiences, caregivers gain fresh perspectives, valuable coping strategies, and deep connections. Let's embark on this journey together, supporting one another every step of the way.
