                     Office Support Specialist  Pending

​

We are seeking a dedicated, person centered individual to join our team. We are currently accepting applications for a full time Office Support Specialist. This position will be located in our Wheaton, MN office.

​

Required qualifications include a High school diploma or GED and moderate experience in administrative or office support, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associates/Technical degree preferred. A valid driver’s license is required.

​

​

The Office Support Specialist performs intermediate administrative support and technical work involving a variety of administrative support and clerical tasks in an office environment. This position supports all Social Services departments: Income Maintenance, Child Support, Fiscal, Senior Services and Social Workers. Responsibilities of this position are, but not limited to; answering phones, screen and directs incoming calls, greeting the public, providing preliminary assistance or directs them to the appropriate individuals after determining the needs and concerns. Orders and maintains office supplies, forms and materials required in the office, as well as scanning, preparing and maintaining a variety of office files, accounts and other records; prepares statistical and financial reports; performs specialized department tasks and duties as assigned.

This is a full-time position, non-exempt, union position. Anticipated beginning pay is $19.57 per hour. An array benefits are offered.                                    Eligibility Worker   Pending​

We are seeking a dedicated, person centered individual to join our team. We are currently accepting applications for the position of a full-time Eligibility Worker, to be located in the Wheaton, MN site.

 

Required qualifications include Associates/Technical degree in Behavioral sciences, business, or successful completion of the Public Welfare Eligibility Worker, or related field and moderate experience in business or closely related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

​

This position performs intermediate technical and administrative work to initiate, determine, and enforce complex health care, financial and food support programs, and related work as apparent or assigned, under the direction of the Financial Assistance Manager.

​

​ Special Requirements:

Training in data privacy, civils rights and workplace safety upon hire. Training in IPAM/SNAP, safeguarding child support and Healthcare Legacy/METS within six months.

​

​This is a full-time position, non-exempt, union position. Anticipated beginning pay is $24.33 per hour. An array of benefits are offered. Intermittent and hybrid work schedule may be available after probation period. An applications can be  picked up at the Glenwood, Elbow Lake or Wheaton location.
